What is your Return Policy?

At Keystone Automation, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@hyperexplorerusa.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

1. if you own a shop, your customers are able to scan the QRcodes printed in the goods, make payment via POS terminal(we can provide POS terminal too)and get receipt. So you can save a staff to do other jobs. And it can reduce the probability of requests being wrong, since part of the process is done by the client, who feels involved in the
ordering, and this perception helps to improve the overall service of a restaurant.
2. If you are as consumer, this kiosk helps you to make self payment easily. No need to log in, just scan QRcodes of the goods, make payment and get goods, thus you do not need to contact staff in shop to lessen dangerous to virus.

What Netoptouch offer to you are:
1. Perfect hardware, including kiosk case equips with touch screen monitor, embeded computer, thermal printer, QRcode scanner, space for POS terminal. The kiosk will be on once you connect it with commercial electricity.
2. SDK&Drivers of possibility devices, such as SDK of printer for you to develop your own self order software.
3. Operating system: Usually the kiosk will be able to run Windows system, Android system or Linux system. Licensed Windows system is available.

Kiosk from Netoptouch has a modular design and the hardware can easily be modified, it is also possible to be as custom version (color of surface, screen printing logo, embeded PC, mechanics design, embeded PC and display etc).
With a ultra thin footprint and require minimal installation space as well as it’s with several mounting options; floor standing or wall mounted and single screen or double side, gives a flexibility to you.

Public areas require a more robust design, there for instead of plastic, all of our kiosks have are made from metal.

How to get the kiosk you need:

1. Tell Netoptouch what functions you need the kiosk be with(This is very important!)

2. Get quotation of the special design for you.

3. Receive PI from Netoptouch and make payment as deposit via TT, Alipay, Wetransfer...

4. Receive update(including drawings, pictures and videos) during the process of kiosk production.

5. Receive test video of kiosk.

6. Make payment as balance before delivery.

7. Receive picture of carton with kiosk inside.

8. Waiting for kiosk delivery to you via seafreight, airfreight or load.

What you need do after received the kiosk:
1. Unpack safety wooden carton to get kiosk out, make everything listed in the invoice is there.
2. Connect it with power cord to commercial electricity.
3. Turn on the machine to make sure the hardware runs well, you can play music to test its audio output, print a receipt to check whether the printer for kiosk is okay, get a QRcode to show it front of QRcode scanner to see whether their is response sound. And of course, check whether the touch panel is touchable or not.
3. If you order software as well, click the icon of software to run it and replace the default content with your own one. After that, start your travel with self order kiosk!
