Shipping Time and Delivery Expectations

Most vending machine orders ship via LTL freight and typically arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. Processing generally takes 1–2 business days. Occasionally, delays may occur due to carrier schedules or remote delivery locations. We will send tracking information once your order ships. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Payment Options

We accept a wide range of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Shop Pay installments are available on qualifying orders up to $30,000. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. For more information, see our Payment Policy.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window on all items. Important: Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For example, on a $5,000 machine, the restocking fee would be $1,000. Items that arrive defective or damaged receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. For full details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to our Return Policy (including the 20% restocking fee if the order has been processed for fulfillment). Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled — please follow our Return Policy instead. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@keystoneautomationgroup.com.
